School-Managed Sign-In Approval Requests
Some schools restrict student access to third-party sign-in applications until a Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, or school identity administrator approves the app. If your students cannot sign in with school-managed Google or Microsoft accounts, contact LingoLesson support and we can provide the current non-confidential approval information for your school or district review.
What to Send Us
- Your school or district name.
- The country, state, province, or education authority reviewing the request.
- The email address or case number for the school IT or service desk request, if available.
- Whether the administrator needs Google Workspace approval details, Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Entra approval details, security documentation, privacy documentation, or a vendor questionnaire.
What We Can Provide
LingoLesson can provide non-confidential information that schools commonly request for app approval, including the relevant application name, OAuth application identifiers, redirect URLs, domains, requested sign-in permissions, and links to privacy and data-handling documentation. We do not share OAuth client secrets, private keys, or other confidential credentials.
Privacy and Data Handling
Individual self-serve accounts are for users who are at least 18. Students under 18 may use LingoLesson only through a school, district, educational institution, teacher-managed class, or parent/guardian-authorized account. For school or teacher-managed student use, LingoLesson uses student data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the educational service. LingoLesson does not sell student data, use student work for targeted advertising, or build unrelated commercial profiles from student data.

What to Tell Students
After school-managed sign-in is approved for LingoLesson, students can go to app.lingolesson.com, select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, and use their school account to register or sign in.
