Use the Contact Form
Use the LingoLesson contact form and choose Privacy / data request. The support message and reply thread become the tracking record for the request until it is resolved.
What to Include
- The request type: access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy question.
- Your name, email address, and relationship to the account, student, class, school, district, or institution.
- The relevant school, district, institution, class, student, or account information.
- Any school service desk ticket, administrator contact, or contract reference that helps us verify the request.
School-Managed Student Data
Requests about school-controlled classroom data are normally routed through the relevant school, teacher, district, or institution. This helps make sure student records are handled by the right educational authority before LingoLesson accesses, exports, corrects, or deletes classroom data.
