What Students Experience
Students who are already signed in and enrolled in the class can open the lesson directly.
Students who are not signed in may be asked to sign in first.
Automatic enrollment is enabled by default for direct lesson links. If you turn off automatic enrollment for a lesson link, students who are not already in the class must complete the class enrollment step before they can access the lesson.
A direct lesson link can keep working when the course is hidden from the student dashboard, but hiding the lesson disables the direct lesson link.
Troubleshooting
If the link is unavailable, make the lesson visible for the class first.
If students land in the wrong place, make sure you copied the link from the correct class, course, and lesson.
If a QR code is difficult to scan, share the direct link as a backup.
