How do I delete a lesson?

Delete One Lesson

1. Sign in to LingoLesson with your teacher account.
2. Open the course that contains the lesson.
3. Open the lesson action menu and select Delete Lesson.
4. Wait while LingoLesson loads the deletion impact.
5. Review the submissions and linked assets shown in the confirmation dialog.
6. Type delete, then select Delete.

Delete Multiple Lessons

1. Open the course and select the checkboxes beside the lessons.
2. Open With selected and select Delete.
3. Review the combined deletion impact.
4. Type delete, then select Delete Selected.

Before You Delete

• Use Download Lesson from the lesson action menu if you want a restorable lesson backup.
• Export student submissions separately if you need to keep them.
• Read every impact count in the confirmation dialog; deletion cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

• The delete action is in the lesson's action menu, not inside the lesson editor.
• The delete button stays disabled until you type delete exactly as shown.
• If you downloaded a backup before deletion, create or open a course and use Restore lesson from backup when you want to restore it as a new lesson.
